Pimping out the Superstar II:
In my opinion it would have worked better if they made the sole and toe cap black. This still looks nice, but white soles are hell to keep clean long-term.

Say what you will about the royal family, but prince Harry could literally have spent his time travelling the world, eating well, getting drunk, and messing around with girls instead.
One thing that I find interesting though, is that he is even allowed to serve considering his high profile. Not because of the danger to him, but more so to the other guys he’s serving with. Can you imagine what a high value capture or kill by enemy forces that would be? I suppose that’s the main reason to keep his location under wraps. As long as the guys he’s working with can keep their mouth shut too…

The two part documentary follows a group of war vets and history buffs who like to realistically reenact the Vietnam War.
They are obviously using blanks, but I wonder how controlled the inspection of ammunition and firearms is? Hopefully better than it looks. Also, some of that shooting looked quite close range considering blanks have killed people in the past.

I gave Alpha Industries a rough time on couple past posts for not changing the game as much on collabs as I think they could have. In reality, it’s probably not their fault because they have the standard thing they do VERY well, and the companies they work with don’t want to deviate too far from that.
Although I’ll say this New Era collab looks like an unbranded satin NY Yankees jacket (pictured left), I think that’s the point.

Out of all camouflage patterns I can think of, tiger stripe is among my least favorite. I don’t mind it for embellishments or accents on an item of clothing, but the pattern is just too noisy in my opinion for everyday wear.
If you disagree, feel free to go drop ¥50,400 ($577 USD) on the jacket, or ¥28,140 ($322 USD) on the pants over at Back Channel. For the love of god, please don’t wear them at the same time or with another pattern.
The U.S. flag with the skulls is a predictable but interesting addition. I guess that takes it one step away from a similar jacket you could pick up at a surplus store.
