    Kicks/HI x Converse Tiger Camo Chuck Taylor Hi-Top Shoes

    Only 600 pairs available, and they go on sale the morning of November 10th at Kicks/HI with no price yet given, but it it said to be “reasonable”.

    I never thought tiger camouflage in black and white would look so good.  I like look of Chucks, but I always found the sole too uncomfortable to tolerate.

    Penfield Military Issue Collection

    A capsule collection that they say pays homage to the classic US Air force & US military jackets:

    Available at Penfield.  $165 for the Light quilted jacket, $260 for the hooded parka, and $200 for the vest.  Reasonable prices!  Besides the OD color, the only one that really seems to be military inspired in design is the light quilted jacket, which looks more like a M65 jacket liner.

    I am unsure why this is called the “gulf” jacket.  Gulf war? Persian gulf? Gulf of Mexico? Either way it’s a pretty badass looking jacket.
