A new take on an old classic:
In limited release, Nike created this military boot Air Force 1 style mash-up that is sure to be on some Christmas lists.
Some people will tell you AF1s are played out. In my opinion they have long since secured themselves as a classic, that will never go out of style.
Available in both the black and subdued colorways for 159 EUR ($200 USD) over at Caliroots.
Lots more pictures over at Caliroots, and if you’re interested in seeing a detailed HD video of the subdued colorway check this German one out on vimeo.
Thoughts? Would you cop these?

The tan look pretty nice, I’d buy them.
These are a pretty good mix in my opinion.
Yeah I agree with anon. Great looking kicks and I’ve already got about five AF1’s to start with. Also, what is that last word blotted out in your new logo / title? A surprise ‘er what
The word blotted out is a joke on the fact the military redacts classified info when documents get released to the public. You can look at that part as a surprise like you said.. or a wildcard.
