• A.P.C. Camo Parka – Keep The Hood On If You’re A Man

Without the hood this look like a women’s jacket:

    Pic via Oki-Ni.

Quality materials, and quality looking construction that we have come to expect from A.P.C..  Just do yourself a favor and keep the hood on if you’re a man.  If all else fails if you remove the hood make sure you have a really wide neck if you want to put the fur on the collar, or keep the fur off and run the risk of making your head look tiny in that gaping neck opening.

Available for $1113 over at A.P.C.

  • Del Toro Navy Camo Suede Monkstrap Shoe

Loud, proud and handmade in Italy:

That blue sole is cold.  I’m not the biggest fan of gold hardware, but it does go well with this particular color scheme.

Available over at Del Toro for $325

  • A Bathing Ape 1st Camo Army Jungle Fatigue Shirt

A couple new camouflage options from BAPE:

In my opinion the “APE SHALL NEVER KILL APE” slogan printed on the center flap is tacky.  I prefer branding that’s more subtle.

Available as pictured in both green and yellow camouflage for $463 over at BAPE.

  • Drill Instructor R. Lee Ermey Cracks Some Nuts

    With his signature intimidation bit:

Full Metal Jacket made him famous in 1987, and he’s still getting paid off of it.

I can’t get sick of this guy.

Interesting how the video refers to him as a “Drill Sergeant”, when that term is strictly Army. R. Lee Ermey was a U.S. Marine. I imagine the producers probably though “Sergeant” sounded more intimidating than “instructor”.

    Hat tip: ENDO

  • WTAPS x Timex Military Watch Better Be Cheap

The result of a collab between WTAPS and Timex:

Yawn… all I can say is it better be cheap.  Essentially they took the  Timex Camper model watch (pictured right), and threw the word WTAPS on it.

The Timex Camper is going for $25 on Amazon, and something tells me that WTAPS logo is going to demand quite the premium.

UPDATE: The price will be ¥12,600 ($158 USD) *smh*

  • Charlie Banana Camouflage Cloth Diapers

    The Boot Camp collection:

They should have got a licence for multicam!

Available on the Charlie Banana website, and at U.S. retail locations January 2013.

I can’t wrap my head around the idea of re-usable diapers.  I like the idea from an environmental standpoint, but unless you do a lot of scraping wouldn’t your washing machine just get caked in poop?  I see that Charlie Banana does offer a disposable insert, if washable isn’t your thing.

If you want to keep your kid in camouflage, but stay buying disposable diapers make sure to check out the camouflage diaper covers I posted about last week.
