• Military Patch Vest – This Is What Winning At Losing Looks Like

I’m impressed in more ways than one at how ridiculous this is:

What you’re LOL’ing at is the Artisanal Patch Gilet (Gilet is a fancy french name for vest) from Maison Martin Margiela.  From a fashion standpoint this is pure genius.  The fact Margiela created this vest solely from military patches gives it a uniqueness and an edge that people in the industry crave.  I can’t help but picture two main demographics for this vest though… one of course being the high fashion young guy or girl with a lot of money who unsurprisingly want to show off how edgy / unique they are.  The second being the basement dwelling nerd with rich parents who would wear this non stop, covered in thick layer of Cheeto dust while PWNING newbs online in Call Of Duty 20 hours per day.  Sadly I wish I could have found a picture for this post which featured the latter.

    £1,090 ($1670 USD) over at Oki-Ni.

  • Diemme Footwear Suede Camo Lows

Italian suede from an artisanal tannery.  Fancy:

Available for  €259 ($335 USD) over at CaliRoots.

Diemme makes quality footwear, make sure to check them out.

  • The Poo Canon Of Israel – Stinky Crowd Control

I had to double check this wasn’t from The Onion when I was initially watching it:

cartoon-poopLooks legit.  That sucks they are supposedly spraying it at random stuff though rather than real threats.

  • U.S. Alteration Multi Camo Crewneck Sweater

A dogs breakfast of camouflage fabric and overprinting:

Yikes… do… not… want.  The description says  it has “Mexican Tribal” influences hahah.  Is that the supposed bead detailing at the end of the cuffs which we can’t see?  Yeeeeeeeeechhh PASS.

    $160 over at U.S. Alteration.

  • Civilianaire Field Jacket And Officer Jacket

    A couple classic silhouettes:

Check out all the options over at the Civilianaire website.

American made, 100% cotton, machine washable and priced at around $200.  If I wasn’t into vintage surplus I’d probably consider picking one of these up if the fit is slim.  It looks kind of boxy in the pictures, but who knows how they look when worn.

  • Givenchy Olive Drab Leather Hi-Top Sneakers

    Whaaaaaaaaat… these are almost perfect:

I made fun of the Givenchy airplane print motif a few days back; these shoes are definitely nothing to scoff at.  The only thing I’m not 100% sold on the fact the strap has those gold stars on it.  As you can see though by the pics of the rear of the shoe, you can easily just pull the strap out if you don’t like it.  Problem solved.

These things are badass… a black sole too!  The only thing I like more than black soles are gummy ones, but that obviously wouldn’t look good with the OD colorway pictured.

$775 USD over at SSENSE and are also available in Black.
